How to solve flea infestation on cats:
1. Owners can use flea-repelling bath products or medications to bathe their cats, which can effectively kill fleas.
2. Let your cat bask in the sun more often. Ultraviolet rays can drive away fleas on your cat. Also, expose your cat's belongings to direct sunlight. 
3. Give your cat flea and tick drops or spray, and then put an Elizabethan collar on it to prevent the cat from licking the flea and tick medication and getting poisoned.
4. Use a flea comb to groom your cat's fur. The fleas hidden in the fur will be caught in the comb, and then you can clean them off.
5. You can also put a flea collar on your cat; the scent emitted by the collar will repel fleas.
